A must listen-raw & inspiring!
Erika is a engaging and vulnerable; shining a light on the need for more accessibility in the classical music world/conducting and music education system for musicians of color. Everyone who cares about music and music education for all needs to listen and be inspired to be part of the solution so all voices and instrumentalists can share their gifts with the world. Real world life lessons for all abound in these episodes as well. My favorite is from Episode 1 - Don’t let someone tell you you can’t follow your dreams / don’t let one naysayer derail your journey!
